We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Corporate Executive Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for executive-level roles (Senior Director and above) across global corporate functions. This high-impact role requires a seasoned recruiting professional with deep expertise in executive search stakeholder engagement and talent strategy. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR partners ensuring the attraction and selection of top-tier leadership aligned with Diebold Nixdorfs business goals and cultural values.
Responsibilities- Own and execute end-to-end recruitment for Senior Director VP SVP and C-suite roles across corporate domains including Finance HR Legal Strategy and Operations.
- Partner with senior executives and HR Business Partners to define leadership needs build candidate profiles and craft tailored search strategies.
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing approaches using executive networks competitive intelligence and advanced research tools.
- Demonstrate ability to manage relationships with external executive search firms when necessary with a strong preference for directly identifying and engaging top executive talent.
- Lead high-touch candidate engagement assessment and offer negotiation processes with professionalism discretion and speed.
- Deliver strategic talent insights and market data to inform hiring decisions and long-term workforce planning.
- Ensure a seamless confidential and exceptional candidate experience throughout the executive recruitment lifecycle.
- Champion Diebold Nixdorfs employer brand leadership culture and values in all candidate interactions.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records in ATS and HRIS systems including Oracle Recruiting Cloud supporting data integrity and reporting excellence.
Qualifications- 7 years of experience in corporate executive recruiting or retained executive search ideally within a global matrixed organization.
- Experience in Manufacturing Banking and/or Retail is a plus
- Proven success recruiting for Senior Director-level and above roles across diverse corporate functions.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
- Expertise in managing complex confidential searches with high levels of discretion and urgency.
- Proficiency in executive sourcing tools ATS platforms (e.g. Oracle Recruiting Cloud Workday SuccessFactors) and market mapping techniques.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple executive searches simultaneously while maintaining quality speed and strategic alignment.
- Familiarity with global hiring practices compliance standards and cultural nuances.
