Quality Assurance Specialist

At DentalEZ were proud to design and manufacture innovative dental equipment that make a difference for patients and providers around the world. Now were looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to help ensure everything we build meets the highest standards of safety reliability and excellence.

Think of this role as part detective part problem-solver and part ambassador of quality-youll be auditing inspecting and collaborating with everyone from regulators to customers to make sure our products truly shine.

What Youll Do

• Team up with our QA/RA Manager to keep us compliant with FDA ISO13485 Health Canada and other global regulations.

• Perform internal audits and keep our Quality Management System (QMS) organized and effective.

• Create and improve quality procedures forms and training-your ideas can help shape the future of DentalEZ quality.

• Track and resolve nonconformances and CAPAs to prevent problems before they reach patients.

• Inspect dental devices and processes to verify accuracy safety and performance.

• Represent DentalEZ proudly during audits with regulators suppliers and customers.

What You Bring to the Table

• 5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Associate degree preferred (but your expertise matters most).

• Ability to read engineering prints (ANSI Y14.5M) and use inspection tools like calipers and micrometers.

• Hands-on experience managing nonconformances and CAPAs from start to finish.

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills (Oracle/Access experience is a plus).

• Excellent communication skills-you can explain findings clearly to teams at every level.

• A proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and adapt.
