POSITION SUMMARY
Join a team thats making a difference in peoples lives every day. Under the guidance of a Program Manager youll play a vital role in supporting patients on their recovery journey. This position provides individual counseling case management and group education for individuals and families impacted by alcohol and drug dependency. With compassion expertise and commitment youll help foster hope healing and long-term recovery.
WHAT YOU BRING
Education
Associates or Bachelors degree in Psychology Social Work Mental Health or a related field.
Knowledge
A solid foundation in individual and group counseling along with family education techniques ideally developed in a substance abuse treatment or related mental health setting.
Skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and connect with patients families colleagues and community partners.
Strong written communication and documentation abilities to support effective treatment planning and collaboration.
Licensure/Certification
Current certification by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors as a CAC-AD CSC-AD or Addiction Counselor Trainee.
Experience
At least one year of experience in substance abuse or mental health (pre- or post-degree).

Salary Range: Minimum /hour - Maximum / will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
