Sephora SEAs omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia India Indonesia Malaysia New Zealand the Philippines Singapore and Thailand) with 100 stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e. Click and collect and marketplace).

Senior Executive Supply Planning

As a Senior Executive Supply Planning you will independently implement and manage an Open-to-Buy process to meet inventory targets and support the entire PO lifecycle from creation to delivery. You will assess supplier performance participate in S&OP meetings and manage risks related to slow-moving or discontinued products. Additionally you will communicate delays shortages and potential interruptions to internal stakeholders ensuring transparency and proactive problem-solving.

• Implementing and animating an Open-to-Buy process to meet inventory targets independently driving continuousimprovement and optimisation of the process
• Managing PO lifecycle management (PO creation to delivery) ensuring purchase orders are placed in a timely manner ensuring visibility on inbound stock and its impact on future order quantities
• Maintaining and updating supply planning parameters and ensuring data accuracy to support smooth planning and replenishment processes
• Assessing supplier performance in terms of fill rates and lead times
• Participating in the preparation and animation of S&OP meetings analysing data and preparing insights to support decision making
• Identifying risk / slow-moving products / discontinued products creating a collaborative inventory reduction plan (markdown operations return to vendor etc.) and ensuring minimal ageing stock and tracking performance
• Executing inventory reduction plans minimising financial losses
• Communicating delays shortages backlog reports and providing visibility of potential interruptions to internal stakeholders providing clear and timely updates on stock issues and their potential impact

We would love to hear from you if you are/have

• A bachelors degree in supply chain management Business Administration Operations Management Logistics or a related field
• At least 3 years in retail supply chain management and inventory optimisation
• Proficiency in demand forecasting and sales data analysis
• Skilled in supplier negotiations and cross-functional team collaboration
• Project management experience with a focus on supply chain initiatives
• Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and performance improvement strategies
• Strategic planning and analytical skills for informed supply chain decisions
• Financial acumen for budgeting and cost management within supply chain operations
• Adaptability to the dynamic retail environment and technology proficiency
