Longview Home Care Supervisor

From the beginning our founders knew that social services for diverse communities regardless of race or ethnic background through education socialization advocacy and support are critical to maintaining the diverse fabric of our communities. Through the decades we have developed numerous programs and services to serve the needs of multicultural and multilingual individuals and families in Western Washington. GET TO KNOW YOUR ROLE:
As a Longview Home Care Supervisor at KWA your day is filled with moments of compassion organization and teamwork. You coordinate schedules ensuring clients receive the care they need when they need it most. Youre the glue that holds everything together seamlessly managing daily activities while fostering a supportive environment for caregivers. With each interaction you leave a lasting impact knowing that youre making a difference in the lives of those you serve.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma GED or foreign equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to satisfactorily pass criminal history and reference checks
We would prefer:
- Some college
- Experience providing services to the elderly and/or people with disabilities
YOUR TYPICAL SCHEDULE:
This is a full-time position based in Longview WA with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
