Position Description:
LCG is seeking a Junior Desktop Support Technician to be a member of our team supporting 2500 users at an HHS agency. The person filling this position will provide support to on-site employees for a variety of IT related issues. The support may be provided in a walk-in support area by telephone or by a desk-side visit.

The projected compensation range for this position is $23.07 to $29.90 per hour benchmarked in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors including but not limited to role location the combination of education/training knowledge skills competencies certifications and work experience.
