What Youll Be Doing:
Driving new business across care homes and private healthcare settings
Building and nurturing strong client relationships at all levels
Leading recruitment and service delivery teams to meet client needs
Strategically growing hours revenue and margin across your region
Identifying and capitalising on emerging markets and growth opportunities
Ensuring service excellence compliance and operational efficiency
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing ideally in a leadership or senior sales capacity
Strong track record of client acquisition retention and revenue growth
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with drive urgency and a competitive edge
Ability to lead influence and motivate teams in a high-performance environment
