Working Student CRM (all genders) to join our international CRM team!

The position is in the marketing department and it supports the global CRM Team in creating farmers interactions with KWS an easy seamless and personal experience.

We are looking forward toyour start with us from November 1st 2025 at our HQ in Einbeck (Lower Saxony).

This awaits you:

• Immerse yourself in the core of CRM project management offering support to Salesforce users on a global scale.
• Contribute substantively to the training programs for colleagues worldwide specializing in Salesforce Sales Cloud Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud.
• Articulately construct advanced email templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud collaborating closely with esteemed international marketing professionals.
• Support our global key users in creating Marketing campaigns internal newsletters knowledge and best practices transfer towards our markets.
• Engage closely with external agencies expanding your professional network and establishing meaningful connections.
• Contribute significantly to global analytics and research projects gaining profound insights into the complexities of the international corporate landscape.

We look forward to:

• You are a registered student in the field of marketing business economics agronomy or a comparable course of study for at least 24 more months.
• You are interested in CRM Marketing and E-Commerce
• You have good user knowledge of Microsoft Office products; a first knowledge of analytics tools is an asset.
• You are structured and possess good organizational skills.
• You are proactive and have an independent way of working.
• You have a good command of English (written and spoken)
• German or another additional language is a plus.
