Job Summary
Lia Honda Williamsville is seeking an express Service Advisor to join our team. |
COMPENSATION RANGE: $40K-$50K based on production and knowledge |
SIGN ON BONUS: N/A |
REQUIREMENTS: Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service skills Basic Computer skills Positive friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have a clean and valid drivers license |
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt courteous and effective service. Take ownership of the customers experience by communicating all repair information and recommendations from the technician to the customer Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries whether phone or in person to assure a positive customer experience Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians time is consistently sold to service customers. Distribute work between technicians efficiently |
