Mission Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Simulator Common Architecture Requirements and Standards (SCARS) Engineer to support the 132nd CTS Distributed Training Operations Center (DTOC) in Des Moines IA. This role provides technical leadership and oversight of software and equipment configurations in support of the SCARS initiative. The SCARS Engineer will interface with certification authorities contribute to SCARS standards development and ensure compliance across DTOC and ANG systems.

Impact

This position plays a critical role in aligning DTOC systems with SCARS standards directly supporting the Air National Guards ability to execute secure interoperable and scalable Distributed Mission Operations (DMO). By driving certification efforts and contributing to architecture standardization the SCARS Engineer ensures DTOC remains a trusted and compliant node in the broader LVC-OT training enterprise. The work performed in this role influences national-level readiness cyber resiliency and the future of joint simulation environments.
