Job Summary

Work Setup: Onsite (QC)

Certification: Active CPC CCS CIC

Educational Attainment: Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field (medical allied courses). Advanced degrees or certifications may be preferred.

Responsibilities:

Train new hires and conduct cross-training sessions to ensure comprehensive understanding across different areas.
Manage bottom quartile performance by identifying training needs and providing targeted education.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on Inpatient Outpatient Transplant Surgery Oncology Interventional Radiology Emergency and OB-GYN.

Requirements:

5 years in Coding Auditing Training at E/M OP and Inpatient with subspeciality coding to Inpatient
