Job Description
Work Setup: Onsite (QC)
Certification: Active CPC CCS CIC
Educational Attainment: Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field (medical allied courses). Advanced degrees or certifications may be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Train new hires and conduct cross-training sessions to ensure comprehensive understanding across different areas.
- Manage bottom quartile performance by identifying training needs and providing targeted education.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on Inpatient Outpatient Transplant Surgery Oncology Interventional Radiology Emergency and OB-GYN.
Requirements:
- 5 years in Coding Auditing Training at E/M OP and Inpatient with subspeciality coding to Inpatient
