Role
Reporting to the Lead Engineer you will be responsible for the planning and design of 132kV network ensuring system stewardship network security and integrity at all times.
You will also undertake system analysis to determine load/generation connections network alterations reinforcement requirements and to derive solutions in line with Asset Management policies and customer requirements.
What youll be doing
Youll ensure that processes and reporting arrangements are in place to meet the regulatory and licence requirements agree the scope volumes and unit costs to exploit the best value from the regulatory contract and integrate asset stewardship values through sound engineering principles coordinated planning design and ownership.
You will produce designs in accordance with unit or authorised prime costs and apply innovative solutions to all designs. You will develop and maintain robust stakeholder and customer relationships on behalf of Scottish Power and promote an exemplary safety culture within your team.
What youll bring
Your network construction and operational experience in a Network Design role will be supported by advanced NAMS/SAP (PPM&PM) knowledge and expertise.
