Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Designing and implementing data models and structures in SAP BW for efficient data integration and analysis in an agile team
- Extracting and transforming data from various source systems such as F&R TM S/4HANA CAR FICO or RE-FX
- Monitoring and optimising data extraction and integration processes to ensure smooth and reliable data processing
- Collaborating with business departments to determine their data requirements in terms of feasibility complexity and implementation effort
- Coordinating with external partners to integrate data into the SAP BW system ensuring data consistency and reliability
- Documenting data extraction transformation modelling and integration processes
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Degree in the field of computer science business informatics or a comparable subject
- Strong understanding of SAP BW architecture data modelling and integration concepts with data structures and processes
- Use of techniques such as CDS CV and AMDP to optimise the performance and efficiency of data queries and processing
- Experience with SAP tools especially SAP BW in S/4HANA ABAP/ABAP OO programming and SQL scripting
- Experience with the Eclipse development environment
- Fluent English language skills
Desirable extras.
- Experience with ETL tools such as Alteryx or Tableau Prep
- Proficiency in optimising performance of data flows queries and reports
- Familiarity with front-end reporting tools e.g. Tableau or SAP Analytics Cloud as well as the ability to create basic reports and visualisations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams external partners and stakeholders
- Experience working in product-oriented teams
