Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor design and construction progress to ensure adherence to schedule budget and quality standards.
- Implement and oversee quality assurance and control processes throughout all project phases.
- Manage technical interfaces between contractors third parties and other client projects to mitigate design and construction risks.
- Oversee logistics planning and execution during all construction phases considering operational and maintenance impacts.
- Coordinate testing commissioning and dispute resolution related to inspection deviations.
- Serve as technical liaison across all client projects
- Identify and resolve interface issues between terminal contracts and other client projects.
- Support risk management efforts schedule integration and cost control initiatives.
- Facilitate schedule alignment across parallel client projects
- Lead interface coordination meetings and ensure systems integration across projects.
- Track schedule progress identify risks to milestones and manage sequencing of work.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety and quality requirements.
- Support estimating activities in coordination with the ADG team including reviewing design-builder estimates for compliance and fair market value.
- Evaluating change proposals and preparing records of negotiation.
Software & Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
- Familiarity with project management information systems.
- Working knowledge of CAD or Revit is a plus.
Qualifications:
- 20 years of experience preferably on large-scale projects ($250M). Aviation a plus.
- Expertise in various project delivery methods (DBB CMAR Design/Build).
- Strong leadership and management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work with diverse teams.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and proactive.
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering Construction Management Planning Aviation or related field (Masters preferred).
- Relevant certifications strongly preferred (e.g. PMP PE LEED AAAE AICP).
