As an Intermediate Account Executive at MyTechTal you will design and execute creative sales processes to build our client base and contribute to the launch and growth of the TalentFunding SaaS platform. Reporting directly to the founder youll leverage Apollo LinkedIn X email phone outreach and engaging video prospecting content to inspire and convert potential clients.
Identify research and qualify new leads and prospects across the US Canada and APAC technical hiring markets focusing on cryptography blockchain/web3 and cyber
Strategize and experiment with creative outreach tactics including video introductions from the owner personalized multi-channel campaigns and relationship-driven selling
Manage and expand pipeline activities using Apollo and maintain meticulous records of outreach meetings and client feedback
Serve as a trusted advisor guiding prospective clients through our consultative scoping process and helping them clarify hiring needs using the owner-built TalentFunding platform
Collaborate closely with the owner to refine outbound approaches and continuously improve sales messaging and conversion rates
Track and achieve self-set performance goals within the first 3 months becoming eligible for generous accelerated bonuses
Competitive base salary paid in (USD) with a flexible OTE (on-target earnings) model
Earn a 10% bonus on first deals closed within the first 3 months
Uncapped quarterly bonuses for exceeding set targets up to 30% of all new revenue booked (after base threshold)
First 10 qualified meetings set with software/web3 clients
Early-stage stock option pool opportunity for those meeting stretch goals.
Fastest path: Achieve targets in 2 months and qualify for immediate bonus payout and personalized rewards.
Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales or account executive roles ideally selling tech/recruitment services with strong results in the US or international market
Prior experience prospecting and selling remotely ideally for software/tech solutions or headhunting services
Fluent in written and spoken English
Comfortable with outbound prospecting across LinkedIn X (Twitter) email and phone calls
Motivated creative and eager to experiment with unconventional sales approaches (e.g. video prospecting)
Passionate about helping tech startups grow with some knowledge of blockchain cybersecurity or emerging tech (preferred)
Work directly with the founder to help bootstrap a firm with a fast-growth innovation-driven culture
Direct impact on go-to-market and sales operations for a proprietary SaaS product in the recruiter-tech space
