About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at beem Light Sauna Kingwood. The ideal candidate is motivated by commission passionate about wellness and comfortable in a fast-paced membership sales environment.
Responsibilities

Make 50 outbound calls per day to leads and prospects

Conduct tours and convert prospects into members

Overcome objections and close membership sales

Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests

Support studio operations including scheduling and front desk tasks

Assist with grassroots marketing and promotional events
Requirements
-
Experience in sales membership sales or customer service preferred

Strong communication and objection-handling skills

Comfortable with outbound calls and high-volume outreach

Passion for wellness and helping others improve their lifestyle

Must be coachable resilient and motivated by results
