Job Summary

Job Type: Full-Time (5 days per week including some evenings/weekends)
Pay: $50000$60000 per year bonuses & commission

Position Overview
The General Manager is responsible for the success of our Plantation studio. This role focuses on driving sales managing daily operations coaching the team and delivering an exceptional client experience.
You will lead membership sales oversee all revenue streams manage staff performance and ensure the studio operates at the highest Lindora standards.
Key Responsibilities

Drive membership sales through outreach networking and business development

Lead generation via grassroots marketing and local partnerships

Manage and grow revenue streams: memberships service packages retail and supplements

Oversee daily studio operations scheduling and inventory management
-
Coach supervise and develop Concierge and Nursing staff
-
Ensure outstanding client experiences that exceed Lindora standards
-
Manage studio social media and local marketing campaigns
-
Maintain accurate medical records and enforce compliance standards
-
Organize and participate in community events and promotions
-
Handle collections vendor coordination and administrative tasks
Requirements
-
2 years of sales experience (membership sales preferred)
-
Strong ability to generate sales and coach others to do the same

Proficiency in social media and local marketing

Flexible schedule: weekdays evenings and weekends as needed

Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Excellent communication skills (in-person phone email)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Passion for health wellness and helping clients achieve their goals

Experience managing staff and studio operations
-
Computer proficiency; experience with scheduling or CRM software preferred

Base Salary: $50000$60000 per year (based on experience)
