Job Summary

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) based on client requirements.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into system configurations.
Design and manage learning items curricula programs assignment profiles and user roles.
Support integration with SAP HCM Employee Central and third-party content providers.
Perform system testing data validation and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide post-go-live support and assist in change requests and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless learning operations.

Required Skills:

4 to 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with at least 3 years in the Learning module.
Strong hands-on experience in configuring SuccessFactors LMS components.
Understanding of learning workflows compliance tracking and reporting.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and basic knowledge of SAP CPI.
Familiarity with SCORM/AICC content standards and third-party content integration.

Preferred Skills:

SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification.
Exposure to other modules like Performance & Goals or Employee Central.
Experience with SAP Enable Now or SAP Work Zone for learning delivery.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and mobile learning best practices.
