Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) based on client requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into system configurations.
- Design and manage learning items curricula programs assignment profiles and user roles.
- Support integration with SAP HCM Employee Central and third-party content providers.
- Perform system testing data validation and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-go-live support and assist in change requests and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless learning operations.
Required Skills:
- 4 to 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with at least 3 years in the Learning module.
- Strong hands-on experience in configuring SuccessFactors LMS components.
- Understanding of learning workflows compliance tracking and reporting.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and basic knowledge of SAP CPI.
- Familiarity with SCORM/AICC content standards and third-party content integration.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification.
- Exposure to other modules like Performance & Goals or Employee Central.
- Experience with SAP Enable Now or SAP Work Zone for learning delivery.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and mobile learning best practices.
