Liaising with underwriting operations transformation and platform stakeholders to obtain requirements
Maintain a clear record of change requests and ensure required approvals are documented
Maintain specification documents (underwriting philosophy and scoping document base question specification and parameter specification)
Configuring AIS rulebook changes and performing rulebook testing using the specialised AIS tools.
Deploying updated rulebooks to SIT and UAT and raising request for deploying rulebooks to production
Providing primary level of support for AIS i.e. initial point of contact for users encountering issues providing guidance trouble shooting
and escalation to support teams if required
Work closely with frontend and backend to ensure accurate integration investigate/fix errors and align on deployment schedules
Support QA/Testers and developers in clarifications where required
Required Qualifications:
Strong technical analysis design and rule-building skills; ideally with a background in life and health underwriting and/or new business automation
Documentation skills
Communication and collaboration skills
Should possess good knowledge on end-to-end process (front end back end AIS) to understand the impact of rule changes
Critical and problem-solving skills
