Job Summary

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated individual for a 6-month contract to assist with special projects focused on creating engaging programs. This role seeks someone who enjoys working collaboratively and has a general understanding of project management and creative processes. You will help develop a video podcast program and a multimedia content strategy that aligns with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively assist in developingand executing production of podcast episodes including content ideas.
Research market trends and opportunities to inform the podcasts direction.
Help manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery.
Support the content development and content release process while ensuring quality and compliance.
Build relationships with key stakeholders including potential guests and industry experts.
Track basic performance metrics to help assess the podcast programs success.

Qualifications:

Experience in podcast or video content production project management or related fields is a plus.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and contribute to project completion.
Understanding of analytics and metrics tracking is a plus.
