Job Summary
Your Next Challenge
As a quantity surveying intern you will be responsible for supporting the Project Strategy & Delivery Market in various tasks under the guidance and supervision of a Principal Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor for a portfolio of building civil and M&E construction contracts adopting NEC forms of contract. Your duties will include:
- Assisting on cost estimation
- Assisting on evaluation of changes
- Assisting on preparation of tender documents
- Assisting on tender evaluation
- Assisting on assessment of payment for the contractors work
- Carrying out other ad-hoc tasks as may be requested by your line manager
Youll also have the opportunity to attend client-facing meetings and workshops with an aim to gain insights in the industry.
What Youll Need
To apply for our position you should be pursuing a degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. You should also have:
- A responsible attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- You also have the right to work in Hong Kong.
