Job Summary
Key Accountabilities
- Present vehicle calibration and establish vehicle calibration Plan
- Execute High-MU and Low-MU calibration of AWD
- Ensure customer deliverables and timing are clearly defined and communicated to the organization
- Work with BW Engineering groups to ensure products conform to requirements
- Participate in customer product design team meetings
- Maintain customer action items list and manage commitments to ensure customer needs are met
- Support system specification based on customer requirements
- Track open issues and resolve
- Demonstrate new technology
- Communicate additional needs as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering required (Electrical and /or Vehicle Engineering preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years related calibration experience (required) familiar with High-MU and Low-MU off-road.
- Knowledge on vehicle dynamics control (preferred)
- Experience working with Vector CAN tools CANanlyzer/CANoe/CANape (required)
- At least 5 years driving experience excellent driving skills
- Experience of working with customers (required)
- Excellent interpersonal skills (required)
- Excellent negotiation skills (required)
- Excellent English skills (required)
