Veterinary and cornerstone experience is required.
We are looking to recruit the right person to be a part of our team as a Front Office Receptionist. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition excellent communication and computer skills and is capable of multitasking. You will act as the face of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will coordinate all front desk activities including calls scheduling payments email scanning client education reservations and all other guest services. As a receptionist you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to help lead our team. Our ideal candidate is required to have a solid customer service approach. Ultimately you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to our customers.

Responsibilities
- Saturdays required
- Full time position requires 32-40 hours per week
- 10-hour shift Day shift
- Weekends as needed; every other required
- Work setting: In-person
Qualifications
- This position requires you currently living in Arizona with a minimum of 2 years of
Veterinary Customer Service experience (2 years Required)
Compensation: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
