What you will be doing
- Overseeing shift production quality safety and maintenance on our weekend shift. Friday Saturday & Sunday from 6am - 6pm
- Employee coaching mentoring and accountability
- Managing workflow by planning monitoring and executing targeted job results
- Managing KPIs and provides production reports to the Production Manager
- Working with production team to develop plan and execute continuous improvement initiatives
- Encouraging safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel
- Achieving acceptable quality and OTD requirements
- Improving efficiency productivity and reduce scrap to achieve product cost targets
- Ensuring compliance with company policy and procedures
Were looking for a production supervisor with:
- At least 2-3 years in a Manufacturing Supervisory role preferred
- Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite ( Excel Word PPT Access)
- Ability to manage a large diverse group in a busy environment that is fast paced and rapidly changing; Multi-tasking abilities are a must
- Bachelors degree or some continuous education in Manufacturing or related field preferred
