We are looking for a passionate and strategic RFX Project Manager to join our team! In this role youll be a key connectorthe central point who aligns our teams relevant systems and processes to ensure Teamtailor shines in every RFX Project we are engaged in.
You will be an integral part of our Product Specialist Team a hub of expertise where youll be surrounded by specialists in Product InfoSec and Privacy. Here collaboration isnt just a buzzword; its how we get things done and have fun doing it. Working alongside two dedicated colleagues you will partner with our Sales representatives Legal and Security teams on a global level. Your mission is to take the Bid Process at Teamtailor to the next level driving efficiency quality and our overall success rate.
About the Role
The RFX Project Manager will be placed in the Product Specialist Team and take shared ownership of the RFX Management process in Teamtailor. The responsibilities include answering RFX documents (RFPs RFIs Security Questionnaires etc) assigning tasks to subject matter experts support the continuous improvements for the RFX Management within Teamtailor and prioritizing and communicating with Sales and Customer Success regarding deadlines expectations and other.
Experience
- Proven ability in planning coordinating and delivering projects on time.
- Experience in collaborating with stakeholders on a senior level and uphold great work relationships.
- Strong sense of structure and ability to plan ahead and experience of analyzing the current and upcoming business needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage organisations expectations and ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Identify and expedite high-level or escalated requests with professionalism and a sense of urgency
- Collaborates with members of the Sales Customer Success Finance Legal and Product Development teams to ensure content is complete accurate and timely for successful RFX submittal.
- Support managing the content library to ensure high quality answers.
- Driving the overall process of improvement for the RFX Management in Teamtailor
