Job Description

Internal Tech Recruiter (LATAM & PH)

Location: Remote LATAM and Philippines
Compensation: $1500 $2500/month USD (depending on experience and location) & incentives
Industry: Technology / AI
Schedule: Flexible overlapping U.S. Eastern Time preferred


About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Internal Tech Recruiter to drive recruitment for a fast-growing U.S.-based AI and technology company. This role is crucial in building world-class teams including software engineers AI developers and other technical experts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented proactive and has a proven track record in recruiting for high-demand technical roles across diverse geographies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruitment for technical and AI/ML roles from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top 5% talent in tech.
  • Screen US based candidates for technical competence cultural fit and long-term potential.
  • Manage candidate pipelines using ATS and other recruitment tools.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
  • Ensure a smooth professional and consistent candidate experience.
  • Track metrics analyze recruiting performance and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations in LATAM and PH.


Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting technical talent including software engineering AI/ML and other high-demand roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical skill sets and ability to assess candidates effectively.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS systems.
  • Self-motivated detail-oriented and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Experience recruiting remotely across multiple time zones is highly preferred.
