Location: Remote LATAM and Philippines
Compensation: $1500 $2500/month USD (depending on experience and location) & incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Internal Tech Recruiter to drive recruitment for a fast-growing U.S.-based AI and technology company. This role is crucial in building world-class teams including software engineers AI developers and other technical experts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented proactive and has a proven track record in recruiting for high-demand technical roles across diverse geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Full-cycle recruitment for technical and AI/ML roles from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top 5% talent in tech.
Screen US based candidates for technical competence cultural fit and long-term potential.
Manage candidate pipelines using ATS and other recruitment tools.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
Ensure a smooth professional and consistent candidate experience.
Track metrics analyze recruiting performance and suggest improvements.
Maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations in LATAM and PH.

Requirements

Proven experience recruiting technical talent including software engineering AI/ML and other high-demand roles.
Strong understanding of technical skill sets and ability to assess candidates effectively.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS systems.
Self-motivated detail-oriented and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
Experience recruiting remotely across multiple time zones is highly preferred.
