Job Description

B2B Sales Manager UK PropTech SaaS Remote

Location: Remote (UK-based or within 2 hours flight time of London)
Start Date: Within 2 months
Reports to: Founder (initially); potential to report to a new MD in future
Salary: 35000 - 60000 base salary (depending on experience)
OTE: 60000 - 100000

We re looking for a confident and capable B2B Sales Manager to take ownership of helping to create and then convert leads into new clients.

About the Role

This is a hands-on full-cycle B2B sales role for someone who thrives in consultative selling knows how to build rapport with estate agents and is motivated by results.
You ll be responsible for managing and optimising the sales process from demo to close reporting on pipeline performance collaborating with marketing and mentoring junior sales team members.
If you re experienced in SaaS sales have a solid understanding of the UK estate agency market (or the aptitude and drive to learn it fast) and enjoy turning qualified leads into happy clients we want to hear from you.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion & Client Acquisition

  • Deliver engaging consultative online demos tailored to the estate agency market
  • Convert inbound marketing-qualified leads into paying clients
  • Maintain high-quality follow-ups that build trust and credibility
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand usage within client accounts

Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management

  • Manage and refine our end-to-end sales process to ensure no lead is lost
  • Maintain a clean accurate CRM pipeline (we use Nutshell)
  • Track and report on key sales metrics and funnel performance
  • Collaborate closely with marketing on lead nurturing strategies

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor a junior Sales Executive ensuring timely follow-ups and strong pipeline coverage
  • Liaise with Marketing Projects and Client Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment
  • Represent Acaboom at key industry events or conferences (2-4 times per year)

What We re Looking For

Must-Have:

  • UK-based with excellent spoken and written English
  • 3 years in SaaS PropTech or estate agency B2B sales
  • A strong understanding of the UK property or SME B2B landscape
  • Confidence in running online demos and engaging decision-makers
  • Highly organised and process-driven with strong CRM habits
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced remote team

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in PropTech or estate agency software
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior salespeople
  • Familiarity with lead scoring funnel tracking and sales-marketing alignment
  • Startup or scale-up SaaS experience
