Shift Notes: Varied 12 Hour Shifts (3P - 3A and 3A-3P) // 36 Hour Guarantee

Weekend Requirements: Every 3rd Weekend

On-Call Requirements: No Call

Travel Policy: All Travelers will be expected/required to float to units within their scope of practice and skill set. Should a traveler refuse to float Lima reserves the right to send the traveler home without pay for the entire work week.

Functioning within the Health Systems mission vision values policies and procedures the Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for the care of assigned patients on his/her shift. RN responsibilities include assessing planning implementing and evaluating patient care using age-specific criteria. Judgments are made based on scientific knowledge and clinical skills. The RN also assists in planning directing and teaching non-RN staff such as LPN/PCT and Unit Secretaries. Must demonstrate flexibility with work schedule changes.

2 years of OB Experience- Required
Must have completed 1 Travel Assignment - Required
Must be able to function as a 1st assist and Scrub OB - Required
BLS (AHA) - Required
ACLS (AHA) OR ALSO Certification - Required
NRP - Required
STABLE Certification - Required
Fetal Monitoring Certification - Required
BLS Cert Can pend - all others must be active at the time of submission.
