Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $45/hr Night Shift Contract Role

Location: Autumn Lake Healthcare Crystal Springs Elkins WV 26241
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks with possible extension)
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM 7:00 AM 36 hours/week guaranteed)
Pay Rate: $45.00/hour (Weekly Pay) $500 Completion Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
Administer medications and monitor patient responses
Document care accurately using electronic medical records (EMR)
Assist with wound care IV therapy and vital sign monitoring
Promote infection control and adhere to facility policies
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team

Requirements

Active West Virginia LPN License (or Compact License)
Current BLS/CPR Certification
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (long-term care or acute care preferred)
COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption
Excellent communication teamwork and clinical skills
