Job Description
Evaluate select and implement advanced automation tools and frameworks ensuring seamless integration with product development ecosystems and CI/CD pipelines.
Architect design and oversee the development of sophisticated automation frameworks using cutting-edge AI-based testing technologies focusing on scalability maintainability and comprehensive test coverage across multiple platforms.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with development teams product owners and senior stakeholders to resolve complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to test automation teams fostering professional development and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
Partner with development leadership to assess architectural changes and their impact on existing automation frameworks providing strategic guidance on testing approaches.
Drive the transformation of manual testing processes into automated solutions establishing best practices and standards for the organizations testing maturity.
Required Skills.
Expert-level experience in UI and API-based services testing architectures with proven track record of product testing implementations.
Advanced proficiency in version control systems particularly GIT with experience in branching strategies and code review processes. Expert-level proficiency in multiple programming languages including Java C# Python and JavaScript/TypeScript with architectural design patterns and best practices.
Good knowledge of CI/CD principles Azure DevOps Jenkins and GitLab with experience in designing and implementing enterprise deployment pipelines.
Experience with enterprise databases (Oracle MS SQL Server PostgreSQL) and complex data management strategies for large-scale testing environments.
Extensive experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP) and cloud-native testing strategies.
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes) and cloud-native testing architectures.
Understanding of software development methodologies particularly Agile SAFe and DevOps practices with experience in scaling these across large organizations.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to lead technical discussions and drive organizational change.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities strategic thinking and ability to manage complex technical initiatives while mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
