Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flutter Architect/Lead Developer to lead the design development and deployment of high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app development architecture design and team leadership with a deep understanding of Flutter and Dart.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture design and development of scalable and maintainable Flutter applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers designers and backend developers.
Define best practices for mobile development and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Optimize application performance and ensure high-quality user experience.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends.
Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
7 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in Flutter.
Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework.
Experience with native mobile development (Android/iOS) is a plus.
Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM BLoC Redux).
Experience with Firebase GraphQL REST APIs and third-party SDKs.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Flutter Web and Desktop.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Jenkins GitHub Actions).
Contributions to open-source projects or Flutter community.
