Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flutter Architect/Lead Developer to lead the design development and deployment of high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app development architecture design and team leadership with a deep understanding of Flutter and Dart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture design and development of scalable and maintainable Flutter applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers designers and backend developers.
- Define best practices for mobile development and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high-quality user experience.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 7 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in Flutter.
- Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework.
- Experience with native mobile development (Android/iOS) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM BLoC Redux).
- Experience with Firebase GraphQL REST APIs and third-party SDKs.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Flutter Web and Desktop.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Jenkins GitHub Actions).
- Contributions to open-source projects or Flutter community.
