What Were Looking For

Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent).
Proven experience as a Nursery Manager ideally with a strong track record in improving or transforming settings.
Demonstrable success in achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
Deep understanding of the EYFS framework safeguarding and early years best practice.
Excellent leadership organisational and communication skills.
A proactive solutions-focused approach able to identify challenges and implement positive change.
A genuine passion for creating inspiring nurturing environments for children and teams alike.

Lead the day-to-day management of the nursery ensuring smooth and effective operations.
Inspire mentor and develop a dedicated team to deliver outstanding childcare and education.
Maintain and exceed Ofsted standards continuously driving quality improvement.
Oversee all safeguarding health and safety practices.
Monitor and enhance staff performance through effective coaching and training.
Build strong relationships with families staff and the local community.
