Job Summary
As a Care Professional youll provide dedicated unhurried care that makes a genuine difference. Every day is varied and youll support clients with:
Companionship meaningful conversation sharing hobbies and reducing loneliness
Personal care helping with washing dressing and personal hygiene
Medication support prompting or assisting with prescribed medication
Meal preparation helping clients enjoy nutritious meals
Light housekeeping tidying laundry keeping homes safe and comfortable
Mobility assistance supporting gentle movement or walking
Errands and outings accompanying clients to appointments or local shops
With minimum 1-hour visits youll have the time to build real relationships and deliver care the right wayunrushed and personal.
