Join Home Instead Cuffley Cheshunt & Harlow as a Home Care Assistant and support older adults in Cheshunt Cuffley and nearby areas. Whether youre new to care or experienced this is your chance to build genuine relationships and improve lives every day.
What Youll Do
Youll support clients in their own homes with:
Personal care such as washing dressing and toileting
Medication support (prompting or administering)
Meal preparation and hydration
Light housekeeping to keep their homes safe and comfortable
Meaningful companionship and conversation
Local errands or short walks
Accurate notes and updates for the care team
All visits are a minimum of 1 hour so youre never rushed and always able to deliver high-quality person-focused care.

Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
To be successful in this role youll need:
To live in or near Cheshunt or Cuffley
Availability for morning and/or evening shifts
A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
A warm reliable and patient personality
A genuine passion for helping others
No professional care experience is needed well train and support you every step of the way.
