Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Representative you will be selling Surveying Equipment and CAD Mapping Solutions to architectural engineering & construction companies. The role is to grow sales in the North American market through a mix of inbound leads & outbound prospecting. This is a hybrid work-from-home/office position and you will be reporting to the regional sales manager. The base salary is $85000 - $95000 with quarterly bonuses health benefits and a lot of other perks!

Our client is a leader in 3D modelling solutions (flying laser scanners reality capture technology etc.) that help clients to easily collect data measurements and insights. They are globally recognized for their product quality innovative product designs and exceptional customer service. Their customers are primarily in the Architecture Engineering and Construction space. This is a growing team working on innovative solutions under a global brand.

THE LOCATION

  • The head office is in Germany this position will work out of their Scarborough office
  • This is a work-from-office/work-from-home position (2-3 days in the office/week after the training period)
  • This is an Inside Sales role

TYPICAL DAY AND DUTIES

  • 50% Outreach (75% inbound leads 25% hunting for new business)
  • 25% Following up with prospects
  • 25% Closing

LEADS

  • 70% of inbound leads
  • 30% cold outreach (cold calling email campaigns collaboration with marketing)

TERRITORY

  • Primarily USA

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • $85000-$95000 Base Salary plus quarterly bonuses

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

  • 5-10 Years of Inside Sales Experience
  • Experience selling 3D modelling solutions (AutoCAD) is a definite asset
  • Experience selling to the Architecture Engineering and Construction space is an asset
  • University Degree

  • University Degree (Bachelor)
