Our leadership and expertise span the entire value chain from research and development through construction operation and maintenance of projects. Currently involved in some of Canadas largest infrastructure projects ACCIONA delivers solutions that contribute to the economic and social progress of the communities in which it operates.

As a BIM Modeler you will be responsible for developing and maintaining
accurate and detailed 3D models that support the design and construction
phases of infrastructure projects. You will collaborate closely with engineers
architects and BIM Coordinators to ensure models are compliant with project
standards and contribute to efficient project delivery.

• Model Creation: Develop detailed 3D models using software such asAutodesk Revit Civil 3D based on design inputs and specifications.

• Model Updates: Incorporate design changes and updates into models asdirected by the design team or BIM Coordinator.

• Clash Detection Support: Assist in identifying and resolving model clashesusing tools like Navisworks.

• Documentation: Generate 2D drawings schedules and other deliverablesfrom BIM models.

• Data Management: Ensure model data is accurate structured and alignedwith project requirements and naming conventions.

• Collaboration: Coordinate with other modelers and disciplines to ensuremodel consistency and integration.

• Quality Control: Conduct self-checks and participate in model reviews tomaintain high-quality outputs.

Working Conditions:

• Full -time position based in the Don Mills Office Toronto.

• Basic understanding of architectural structural and MEP systems.

• Proficiency in BIM software: Autodesk Revit Civil 3D Navisworks.

• Understanding BIM standards: such as ISO 19650 and modeling bestpractices.

• 2D and 3D documentation: Ability to extract accurate drawings and schedules from models.

• Data management: Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDEs) like ProjectWise Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Asite.

• Clash detection support: Basic knowledge of identifying and resolvingmodel conflicts.

• Model accuracy: Ability to maintain model integrity and follow namingconventions and project standards.
