Reporting to the Fig General Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the Fig Restaurant ensuring service standards are followed
- Drive innovative promotions menus and concepts; creating a destination of choice for both hotel and external guests
- Support all Food & Beverage Outlets in the achievement of their financial and operational targets
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs including food beverage supply utility and labor costs
- Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
Qualifications :
- Previous Food & Beverage experience in a senior leadership role required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Previous Point of Sale System experience required
- Familiarity with the local Los Angeles restaurant scene and trends required
- Management ServSafe and RBS Certifications required prior to employment
