Job Summary

Carry out various functions within the housekeeping department
Consistently offers professional engaging and friendly service
Check nightly assignments
Assist with services for VIP guests
Gather all cleaning supplies and return daily
Complete all pre-cleaning set up duties; including but not limited to guest and cleaning supplies linen and housekeeping cart prep
Follow prescribed use of cleaning chemicals
Report all lost and found items
Refresh guest rooms by creating an inviting return for our guest
Replenish ice buckets and glass water bottles
Clean vacant / occupied rooms
Make up of rollaway beds
Laundry duties
Follow all sanitation guidelines
Report Engineering issues requests or repairs to appropriate department
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

Previous experience is an asset
High school diploma and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred
Strong guest service orientation
Able to balance a variety of conflicting priorities while providing guest service
Weekend and open availability often afternoon/evening shifts

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and /or up to 25 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects.
