We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Chicago location. This role is responsible for leading a team driving performance enhancing customer experience and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with strategic thinking and a deep understanding of the retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all day-to-day operations of the retail store
Lead train and motivate a team of sales associates and supervisors
Ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control processes
Drive store sales targets through effective merchandising and promotional execution
Oversee scheduling payroll and performance management
Maintain high standards of cleanliness organization and compliance
Analyze store metrics and provide regular performance reports to leadership
