Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and accounts
Maintain and strengthen client relationships by delivering exceptional service
Prepare and present reports updates and performance metrics
Coordinate with internal departments to meet client expectations and deadlines
Resolve client issues promptly and effectively
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions
Support new client onboarding and account setup
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in account management customer service or related roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Detail-oriented with a customer-first attitude
