We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our dynamic team in Houston. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships managing accounts and ensuring service excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and accounts

  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships by delivering exceptional service

  • Prepare and present reports updates and performance metrics

  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet client expectations and deadlines

  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions

  • Support new client onboarding and account setup


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field (preferred)

  • Proven experience in account management customer service or related roles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

  • Detail-oriented with a customer-first attitude
