We are seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Charlotte this role you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue through lead conversion client engagement and strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for real estate exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct property presentations and walkthroughs with prospective buyers
Generate leads through proactive outreach and follow-up strategies
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align goals
Stay informed about market trends property values and competitor activity
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales (real estate background preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelors degree preferred)
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
