Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and customers. You will provide outstanding support via phone and email resolve issues efficiently and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and internal ticketing systems

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints determining the root cause and offering effective solutions

  • Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately

  • Provide feedback to internal teams regarding recurring issues and customer concerns

  • Maintain a professional positive and empathetic attitude in all customer interactions

  • Assist with onboarding new customers and guiding them through our service offerings

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve the customer experience


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred

  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role (2 years ideal)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism

  • Proficient in using computers and customer management systems (CRM experience a plus)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
