Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Assistant to join our dynamic team in Tampa. This role supports the production team by coordinating logistics managing equipment and ensuring daily operations run efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive organized and eager to grow within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in setting up and breaking down production equipment and sets.
Coordinate deliveries pickups and transportation of production materials.
Support production staff with administrative and on-site tasks.
Monitor schedules and assist in maintaining production timelines.
Maintain clean organized and functional production spaces.
Troubleshoot logistical issues during shoots or production activities.
Communicate effectively with team members and external vendors.
Ensure safety protocols and production standards are followed.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree in a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a production or operations support role preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs).
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of production gear and software tools.
Valid drivers license with a clean record is preferred.
