In-depth, hands-on experience with SAP system architecture and core SAP platforms, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP SuccessFactors Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and lead cross-functional teams Demonstrated expertise in SAP data migration and integration within enterprise environments Four years of experience leading complex IT systems development or implementation projects and a bachelor s degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes four years of experience in leading IT systems development or implementation projects
