Senior Analyst- Innnovation & AI Operations

The Senior Analyst Innovation & AI Operations will play a critical role in supporting the execution of Adtalems enterprise AI and innovation strategy. Reporting directly to the VP of Innovation & AI this individual will help drive visibility coordination and follow-through across a portfolio of high-priority projects. They will serve as a hub for project status meeting facilitation and operational alignmentensuring work moves forward with clarity and speed.

This is an ideal role for someone with strong analytical and project coordination skills who enjoys working across functions making things happen behind the scenes and helping leaders execute at scale.

• Project Coordination & Tracking
  • Support the planning and tracking of projects across the innovation portfolio.
  • Maintain project trackers and help keep teams accountable to timelines and deliverables.
  • Prepare summaries of project status risks and next steps.
• Meeting Facilitation & Follow-Through
  • Coordinate and support cross-functional meetings including agenda prep note-taking and tracking follow-ups
  • Work closely with the VP and Executive Assistant to ensure meetings are productive and actions are executed.
• Dashboard & Reporting Support
  • Build and update simple dashboards and reporting tools that show progress on innovation initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing materials for leadership updates and team meetings.
• Operational Support
  • Help streamline how the Innovation & AI team workssupporting process documentation internal communications and knowledge sharing.
  • Proactively identify small operational gaps or blockers and help solve them quickly.
• External & Internal Coordination
  • Help manage light-touch communication and scheduling with vendors academic teams HR IT and others as needed.
  • Contribute to building shared understanding across teams by summarizing insights meeting notes or pilot updates.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Technology or business related field.
• Two (2) to four (4) years of relevant experience in operations consulting project coordination or business analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficient in tools such as Excel PowerPoint Teams and project tracking platforms.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
• Interest in innovation AI or business transformation a plus.

Additional Information :

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country the expected salary range for this position is between $80336.75 and $140851.50. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
