Title: Membership Coordinator
Reports to: Club Director
Salary Range: $16-17 - DOE
Location: Spence Eccles Boys & Girls Club 141 N 600 W Salt Lake City UT 84116
Hours and Schedule: 25 hours/week Mon-Thurs 1:45pm-6:30pm Fridays 12:00pm-6:30pm with the potential for more summer hours

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate membership records and database entries ensuring smooth operations for our members and staff
- Field member inquiries from parents and families assist with youth registration and renewals and provide exceptional customer service
- Help coordinate member events and meetings
- Organize office supplies and handle payments
- Engage with our young members offering mentorship and support as they navigate their Club experience
- Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
Needed Knowledge:
- Some front desk office or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and Google Docs with the ability to learn new software tools as needed
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to handle personal information with sensitivity and confidentiality
- Able to communicate effectively over the phone in person and over email
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a lively energetic environment
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check MVR check and drug screening
- 21 years and over required (to meet driving requirements) be willing and able to drive 15 passenger vans
Job Preferences:
- Spanish-speaking fluency
- 2 years of office experience
- 1 year of experience working with youth
