We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Account Executive -- Employee Benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as day-to-day contact for clients and develop strong consultative relationships
  • Manage all lines of employee benefits: medical dental vision life/AD&D disability voluntary benefits and more
  • Oversee renewals including competitive marketing plan design analysis and contribution modeling
  • Act as a liaison with insurance carriers and advocate on behalf of clients
  • Prepare renewal presentations financial reports and plan performance reviews
  • Support client compliance with ACA ERISA and other regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate client data in HUBs Agency Management System
  • Support wellness initiatives and coordinate health fairs as needed
  • Mentor junior team members and provide back-up support to leadership when needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in brokerage consulting insurance or corporate benefits
  • Strong analytical communication and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience with healthcare industry clients preferred

The expected pay range for this position is $105000 annually to $120000 annually and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and work location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance FSA HSA and 401(k) accounts paid-time-off benefits and commissions for some positions.
