Shift: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (60-min break) with rotating weekends/holidays
Pay Rate: $50 $55/hour

Position Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Dietitian Clinical Nutritionfor an exciting job in New York NY.

Responsibilities

Screen assess and monitor patients nutritional status.
Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
Provide nutrition education to patients and families.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Document nutrition care in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Contribute to departmental goals including quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Education: Minimum Bachelors degree in Dietetics or related field (required).
Licensure/Certification:
- Completion of an ACEND-accredited program in dietetics.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- New York State Certification as a Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN).
Experience: Prior acute care inpatient experience required.
Skills: Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Preferred: Masters degree and/or bilingual (Spanish).
