Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities :

Assist in the deployment configuration and administration of the Nexthink/POSIT platform

Support data collection and analysis for end-user experience monitoring
Create and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and reports
Work with the team to troubleshoot Nexthink Collector and Portal issues
Participate in improving dashboards campaigns and remote actions
Document technical processes and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Create and maintain scripts with help of python
Need to contribute more on the innovation on the current process
Work within Linux environments for deployment troubleshooting and automation
Write clean efficient and well-documented code following best practices
Participate in code reviews testing and debugging
Support network-related tasks and troubleshoot basic network issues
Assist in the integration and configuration of Posit platforms
Support in developing scripts or tools using Python and Java

Qualifications :

Educational qualification:

B.E; BTech;

Experience :

2 to 3 years

Mandatory/requires Skills :
Java Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming and application logic

Python Familiarity with scripting and automation tasks
Linux Hands-on experience or coursework involving Linux systems and shell commands

Preferred Skills :
R Programming Exposure to data analysis or academic experience with R

Networking Basics Understanding of IP DNS firewalls and common network troubleshooting tools

Additional Information :

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software development
Hands on experience on Python Linux/Unix & Server(Windows & Linux)
Hands on experience on REST Apis & Automations
Experience in PowerShell & Batch scripting
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and change management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
R Programming Exposure to data analysis or academic experience with R
Networking Basics Understanding of IP DNS firewalls and common network troubleshooting tools

Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
