Job Description
Main purpose of the job :
Work with a team of engineers and other Designers to develop conceptual and detailed Designs in respect with the applicable norms codes and standards.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Understanding Client requirements and project objectives
- Performing calculations and technical verifications related to Electrical Design
- Deliver associated documentation in line with Client and project requirements and in accordance with schedule
- Working in close collaboration with the 2D CAD Designer and 3D CAD / Integration Designer as well as with Engineers of other disciplines
- Managing interfaces with other disciplines
- Attending design meetings and design control groups with the Client
- Responding to technical questions and comments from the Client
- Assessing impact of changes requested by the Client
- Alerting the Design Team Leader of any technical issue or delay in design production
KEY PERSONALITY CHARACTERISTICS / ABILITIES
- Knowledge of norms and codes ( Eurocodes Iter codes).
- Ability to do calculation and analysis.
- Produce reviews and assessment.
- Bring expertise on their field (CW HVAC Elec. piping...)
Qualifications :
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Min 2 years of experience as an electrical Engineer
- Ability to do calculation and analysis.
- Produce reviews and assessment.
- Bring expertise on their field
